Rollin’, rollin’, rollin’…

First, a few jokes…

THE OIL SHORTAGE: A lot of folks can’t understand how we came to have an oil shortage here in Canada. Well, there’s a very simple answer. Nobody bothered to check the oil. We just didn’t know we were getting low. The reason for that is purely geographical. Our OIL is located in Alberta Newfoundland Saskatchewan and B.C. Our DIPSTICKS are located in Ottawa, ONTARIO. Ha, ha, ha, ha…

And…

Football FINALLY makes sense: A guy took his blonde girlfriend to her
first football game. They had great seats right behind their team’s bench.
After the game, he asked her how she liked the experience. “Oh, I really liked it,” she replied, “especially the tight pants and all the big muscles,
but I just couldn’t understand why they were killing each other over 25 cents.” Dumbfounded, her date asked, “What do you mean?” “Well, they flipped a coin, one team got it and then for the rest of the game, all they kept screaming was: ‘Get the quarterback! Get the quarterback!’
I’m like…Helloooooo? It’s only 25 cents!!!!

What a nice segue…

So, I was at the Riders/Lions tilt last night. I went with Molly. We made movies on her digital camera. The guy beside Molly stole her food. He kept bumping into her. He finally left. I laughed. But back to the game…

Why I didn’t tape this game is beyond me. I should have known I’d like to have watched it at home, going over every call I couldn’t see from my vantage point in the end zone. Luckily my Mom is smarter than me, and she taped the game. I will see it shortly…

I was surprised as anyone to see the game end the way it did. It just goes to show that the bounces will eventually come your way. And they finally are for the Riders…

I love to see that game…I just might have to borrow it from you one day…I listened to the game on the radio, but as you know, I’m three hours behind BC…which meant I fell asleep shortly after halftime. (Which is when it really got good…) Miss you lots!Sarah
